_I have recently given an interview about my art to Elinor Mavor, the US based freelance artist, illustrator and editor at MavorArts. After a slightly more than two years since I turned to digital photography this interview is a good opportunity for reflection on my achievements so far.
Along with my fine art photography, the editor included some of poems into the interview.

I have been recently invited by a curator of my solo exhibition in Portugal last year to further promote my works in Portugal. As a follow-up to the exhibition, my works are currently featured on In-Libris, Culture and book Promotion Company website. Paulo Gaspar Ferreira, who curated my solo exhibition, is a Portuguese artist, photographer whose great works you may at his website.

_This week I have received an invitation by renownend Hübners' Who Is Who publication to have my bio featured in a new series of encyclopedias, called Who Is Who of European Women as well as to join Ladies Lounge at their online platform Who is Who World Society. I am honured by this invitation and so happy to cooperate with outstanding women from other countries.

_I have just received an invitation from Portugal to have my THE ENERGY OF TREES solo exhibition extended by one month. I am pleased to share the news as the idea and invitation came from the director of Biological Park where the show takes place and from Portuguese artitst Paulo Gaspar Ferreira, the curator of this exhibition.

THE ENERGY OF TREES Exhibition • 09/21 up 12/15/2011
Parque Biológico de Gaia, 4430-681 Avintes, Vila Nova de Gaia PORTUGAL

The exhibition is a part of a program integrated with The International Year of Forests. It is organized by The Biological Park of Gaia and In-Libris company. The curator of the whole program is Portuguese artist Paulo Gaspar Ferreira.
Those who happen to visit Portugal this Autumn are very welcome to visit my solo exibition in Parque Biológico de Gaia. Me, unfortunately for an accident that happened to me this Summer, won't be able to see it in person. I will be happy to learn some opinion of the show from the visitors.

This year I have submitted only two works to 2011 IPA Awards in Fine Art - Landscape - Non-pro category. Both of them, Awakening and El Paradiso Mio,  were awarded with Honorable Mention Awards.
