It is hard to write about yourself in a few words, as whatever we would write seems to be inadequate to the real life we have behind ourselves. It would be trivial to say that art has always been my passion, as it has. I may only say about things that matter to me. My driving force has always been search of wisdom and knowledge, according to Rabbi Nahman's saying that "if you won't be better tomorrow than you were today, then what do you need tomorrow for?” The need to understand, first myself and then the world I live in, which means basically people living in the same world as me led me to study Fine Arts, history of Art, Art Education, English Philology and British Cultural Studies I perceive life as a constant creation and mystery and such is my approach to the creative process, whether it is photography or any other medium I use to express myself. For that reason I do not want to limit myself to one theme of interest and thus in my portfolio you may find photographic works of various subjects. The common feature of all my photographs is light understood and treated by me in both ways, as a physical and spiritual one. My major inspiration comes from nature, deep observation of life as well as from meditation. What I really want to share with others by means of my creative work is the sense of beauty hidden in ordinary as well as things that are common to each single person no matter where they live, what culture they come from, what is their education or profession. Everyone needs to be loved, everyone fears living on this planet. We don't differ as much as we tend to claim it.
